We`re currently on a short publishing hiatus for the summer as we work on a bunch of new content and organize a variety of updates to the site.

Our readers have spoken and we`re in the process of exploring all new ways to present information that helps musicians better understand how today`s jazz industry functions.

In the meantime, our archives are still available and we`ll continue to update our Industry Directory, which features listings for service professionals helping jazz musicians in a variety of disciplines. Everyone included is looking for new clients, which is the rule we set from the beginning, so please click on their names to learn more about what they do and how they can help.

We`ll be back up and running on a regular publishing schedule in September, at which time we`ll be examining such topics as intellectual property law, radio promotion, what venues really want from jazz musicians and much more.
